This beautifully designed chalet is situated in the quiet and popular residential area Jardín del Sol on a plot of about 1000 m². Only five minutes away there are the motorway and in ten minutes the Campo del Golf in Guamasa can be reached. In an ideal altitude directly on the coast of Tacoronte, the villa offers wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the volcano Teide.

The villa extends over an area of about 520 m² on two representative floors. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with en-suite bathroom, a dressing room, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. Both bathrooms are very modern and equipped with two wash basins, shower and one with a corner bath tub. Furthermore there are a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dining area and pantry as well as a living room with cosy chimney. From both rooms you can enjoy a wide sea view. The stylish living room as well as the other rooms of the house are provided with parquet floors, which create a very cosy atmosphere. In addition a laundry room is available, which offers plenty of space to hang out the laundry. A covered terrace with Gres tiles to two sides of the building, including the sunny south-west side, offers a comfortable living atmosphere inside and outside.

A wooden staircase made of Jatoba wood leads to the upper floor, which has a high, light wood beam ceiling in an attic style under the gable roof. A stone chimney, a guest toilet and a spacious terrace offer further comfort. From the terrace there is a lovely view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful north coast of Tenerife. The orientation is to the southwest, so that the afternoon and evening sun with the sunsets in the sea and if the sight is good also the picturesque view of the neighboring island La Palma can be enjoyed.

The chalet has a large garage, which includes an utility room, a water tank, a storage room, a kitchen, a play room and a further bathroom. In the garden you can find a heated pool with an area of 36 m². The cover works automatically with solar energy. Also in the garden there is a small summer house with barbecue and additional kitchen facilities as well as a seating area. The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden where a small vegetable garden has been created.

Location & surrounding area:

Tacoronte is located in the north of Tenerife. On the northern highway it is well connected to Santa Cruz de Tenerife, La Laguna and the north airport, but also to the region around Puerto de la Cruz. The place is traditionally known for its fine wines, which grow well on the hills of the sunny village. Every Saturday and Sunday farmers' market takes place and shows the wide selection of fruits, vegetables and other products of this still predominantly agricultural community, whose vibrant city is arranged around a beautiful center at Plaza del Cristo.

Tacoronte has also - due to these advantages, further a stunning coastline with 300 m high cliffs and in many places a clear view to the Teide - sought-after locations of villas, chalets and apartments, for example, in the urbanization Jardín del Sol, or surrounding Mesa del Mar . Here, as in El Camello and El Pris, and there are beaches, and for friends of golf there is the traditional Real Club de Golf de Tenerife available, already established in 1932.

In the upper layers to Agua García, there are beautiful hiking trails in the mountains of Tenerife. A special feature is a significant stock of laurel forest.
