This villa is located in a quiet, almost unspoiled and climatically pleasant coastal landscape between Tacoronte and Bajamar, and it is in a stunning sea view location. Like a swallow's nest, the estate is situated high above the fishing village of El Pris and the famous Mesa del Mar right on the steep slope of the Atlantic. The long coastline to the Teno Mountains and the lighthouse at Buenavista del Norte offers with natural green of the immediate surroundings, and of cause Mount Teide, a picturesque image, in addition to the surf hugging the rocks of El Pris. This view is possible to enjoy it directly from the large veranda with long windows, electric blinds and an attractive wooden roof, adjoining the living room. Nearby is the beach of Mesa del Mar, so for a romantic getaway it is quite opportune, due to there are cozy, little fish restaurants down in El Pris.

The chalet has, as very nice add-on, and despite its fantastic sea view location on a slope, a very easy access: From the garage a short hallway leads directly into the fully equipped kitchen. The oven can be operated both electrically and with gas. Furthermore there is a microwave in a comfortable working height, and also a dishwasher is not lacking. The kitchen is open but discreetly separated by a bar from the spacious living room. The high ceiling gives the already very bright and pleasant ambience of the house again addition of light and air. In keeping with the situation and the traditions of the coastal district, the property is designed in a maritime style. The master bedroom and a bathroom with bath, basin and bidet are located on the same plane.

A stylish wooden staircase leads to the lower level of the villa, with a central additional living room, four further bedrooms and a second bathroom. On one of the rooms is directly a terrace, and from two of the bedrooms you have the marvellous view, to the sea and to the surf on the coast, directly from the bed. On this floor is also a laundry room.

The garden on a slope can be well combined with an expansion reserve, which is located below the bedrooms and is already officially registered, as well as a natural cave, and if necessary, with a swimming pool, for which enough space is also available on the plot of the property.

Built in1999 by the owners, the house is offered firsthand and furnished.

Location & surrounding area:

Tacoronte is located in the north of Tenerife. On the northern highway it is well connected to Santa Cruz de Tenerife, La Laguna and the north airport, but also to the region around Puerto de la Cruz. The place is traditionally known for its fine wines, which grow well on the hills of the sunny village. Every Saturday and Sunday farmers' market takes place and shows the wide selection of fruits, vegetables and other products of this still predominantly agricultural community, whose vibrant city is arranged around a beautiful center at Plaza del Cristo.

Tacoronte has also - due to these advantages, further a stunning coastline with 300 m high cliffs and in many places a clear view to the Teide - sought-after locations of villas, chalets and apartments, for example, in the urbanization Jardín del Sol, or surrounding Mesa del Mar . Here, as in El Camello and El Pris, and there are beaches, and for friends of golf there is the traditional Real Club de Golf de Tenerife available, already established in 1932.

In the upper layers to Agua García, there are beautiful hiking trails in the mountains of Tenerife. A special feature is a significant stock of laurel forest.
