The alarm-protected townhouse, built in 2007, is located above Puerto de la Cruz. In the vicinity there is a large shopping center and a school. Via the nearby motorway, the city center of Puerto de la Cruz and the rest of the north of the island can be achieved in a short time.
The entire house is furnished completely high modern and leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is at the newest state of technology and equipped with a fridge with display, a built-in wall unit oven and microwave, ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a water filtration system and a dining area in the middle of the kitchen. Throughout the house there are music boxes integrated in the wall, which can be controlled by a master device in the living room. Thus, you can listen to the required music in any room, in which you happen to stay, without having to take the technical equipment to anywhere. In the basement there is a laundry room with a hot water tank (solar), a garage with space for two cars and a cellar. In front of the house is a stone garden, which also has a papaya tree and a mango shrub. The house also can be rented, but with a rent of 650 € with option to purchase and previous deposit (20,000 €).
Los Realejos is bordered to the west of Puerto de la Cruz. The community stretches from the Atlantic Ocean up to the slopes. A pristine cliff has five beach bays, from west to east these are Los Roques (among other things, a natural rock bridge in the sea), La Fajana, Castro, El Socorro and La Grimona. In particular, the beach of El Socorro is used by both locals and tourists with good grace, for bathing or even especially for surfing.
The best locations for villas and chalets can be found firstly in Rambla del Mar and in the settlements Romantica I and II, between load paths in the Protegido Paisaje de la Rambla de Castro directly at the cliffs to explore the virtually picturesque and historically dominated landscape that goes back to one of the first great mansions of Tenerife. This is one of several protected natural areas, which Los Realejos has preserved to this day.
In the districts La Longuera and El Toscal above La Romántica as well as in the core of the community around Realejo Alto we find all the shops and amenities of daily use. From the vantage points of high places, some of them fitted with restaurants, there are spectacular views to Puerto de la Cruz and the north coast of Tenerife, enjoyed in particular by hang-glider pilots starting from Las Coronas.
