The Canarian property has one owner for over 26 years. The house is situated at about 600 meters above sea level in a beautiful location with scenic views of the forest and the sea, above Icod de los Vinos. The finca has been immaculately restored at great expense and accordingly rebuilt to the high expectations of the owners, that neither moisture nor unpleasant odors bother the daily life in this house. The property is divided in a major- and a neighboring house, which can also be joined together again.

The main house has a living room, an office room, a kitchen, an open terrace with summer kitchen and winter garden as well as a barbecue and an external guest toilet. The office is located in the entrance area. The kitchen has a serving hatch to the living area. Both rooms have floor heating. Also a large fireplace is in the living room. Furthermore, there is a bedroom and a bathroom. Every room of this house has a hipped roof. From the main house there is access to further terraces and to a closed water tank, which is also usable as a terrace, as well as the parking lot. In the carport, a small workshop and water supplies, as well as sink are located for car maintenance. All built-up areas are made with African hardwood and covered with shingles. A large part of the electrical installation is controlled via sensors.

Icod de los Vinos is a historically significant city that reached in the first period of Spanish colonization power and wealth for the local population by its fertile location with abundance of forests and water. Namesake was the wine that has a great tradition in this locality surrounded by extensive fincas, but also the cultivation of sugar cane and corn dominate the history of Icod de los Vinos.

Today, the beauty of the well-kept houses and colorful gardens combines with the coveted flair that comes from many wineries and wine bars, but also many small and larger shops.
