This beautiful house is situated in Tegueste and has still an unspoiled nature. Besides, there are not many tourists. The town has a lot of wine plantations and still some traditional Canarian houses. Therefore, this object is also a combination of Canarian culture and technological modernity.

The house with its 10,000 sqm was rebuilt in 2000 and completely renovated. The living area of 1170 sqm is spread over two floors and remodeled as a gable for a living room and a bedroom. The ground floor has a large loft-like living room with a bed, a large bathroom with bathtub, double sink, toilet and bidet, a large open kitchen with windows and a further bedroom. Equally, there are a large living room with fireplace and a billiard room. Through these rooms you can reach the large covered terrace that surrounds half of the house. The bottom rooms can be used as a guest apartment. In the rear of the house there is the service area with bathroom, laundry, ironing room and a separate bedroom for the staff. A separate staff entrance is also available, to separate the service area completely from the living area.

On the first floor is the actual living area equipped with a large kitchen that has a cooking island with ceramic hob, oven and grill, a dining area and a large white tiled worktop at the glass facade. Furthermore, there is a dining room with panoramic views of the land and the sea. At the next door is the large living room with impressive fireplace and ocean view. On this floor there are also two bathrooms with bath, toilet, bidet and double sink and also a guest bathroom. Two further bedrooms as well as a study exist at this floor. A special highlight is the master bedroom with en suite dressing room and a huge bathroom with separate toilet, two sinks with large mirrors and an impressive Jacuzzi. Outstanding in all rooms are the beautifully decorated windows with wooden frames which create a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Furthermore, a beautiful view of the countryside and the sea is offered. The finca also has a garage for eight cars and automatic garage doors.

The garden surrounds the entire house and offers impressive facilities. At the rear of the property there is a large lawn and a planting area. The road is laid with polygonal slabs and is enclosed with stylish kerbs, the rainwater is drained into a gutter. The stone wall and its water-bubbling cascade with lighting is also an eye-catcher. Another fountain is located in the rear part. The front garden impresses with a large lawn and planting areas which are beautifully decorated with various types of palm trees. Again, there is the path with the polygonal slabs. The entire garden is equipped with exterior lighting and automatic irrigation. A part of the land area is currently undeveloped and has not been used. Here you can let your imagination run, the garden has enough space for a pool, for example. The area has a huge and very inviting entrance, also cars would still have space. A large automatic gate completes the finca.

Location & surrounding area:

Tegueste is a municipality in the northeast of Tenerife and has become a popular place of residence. This area has a breathtaking view of the valley of Bajamar and beyond that the Atlantic Ocean. Tegueste is dedicated to the care of old Canary traditions. Some of these traditions are the Lucha Canaria (the Canarian wrestling), palo (stick fighting of the Guanches). In April, the Romería de San Marcus is held here every year, which is probably the most famous Romería on the island. In this area you can find a traditional market, el Mercado del Agricultor, where the local wine can be purchased.

The climate is exceptionally good, especially in the winter, because the clouds hang elsewhere and this spot is often good weather. The location of Tegueste is in very advantageous location. The motorway is nearby, on one direction you get to Puerto de la Cruz and on the other one you reach very quickly the cities of La Laguna and Santa Cruz. Furthermore, the town of Bajamar and the sea are just a few minutes away. Near the town of Tegueste the green meadows of the Anaga Mountains start, which invite you to take long hiking journeys and relaxing excursions.
