This enchanting apartment, full of charm and character, is situated in one of the best areas of Mahon's old town only a few steps from the Claustre monastery, the fish market with its numerous bars and restaurants, and the shopping streets.

It is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained 3-storey building, previously a town-manor house, which has been perfectly restored and has wonderful stone steps and a glazed lift.

Both the building and the apartment were completely restored and renoviert in 2007. An intercom system allows access to the 4 apartments in the building and to the offices on the ground floor. The communal staircase is extremely bright thanks to a skylight.

Entered via a lovely wooden door, the entrance area/corridor leads to the living/dining area with open kitchen, and a large WC with washbasin and cabinets. All colours are warm and soft, the furnishings very tasteful and comfortable, and the kitchen perfectly equipped. By means of a partition-wall with sliding door a further room was created on this floor and is currently used as a child's bedroom which is decorated with beautiful wallpaper.

A spiral staircase leads to the upper level of this maisonette apartment with the main double bedroom with its own bathroom, and a beautiful, very private terrace allowing views over the rooftops of Mahon. The dark parquet floors, lovely wooden wardrobe doors, the wooden beams and the furnishings make this room a very relaxing place.

Mahon is the capital of the Spanish Balearic island of Menorca.
The municipality of Mahon has approx. 28.500 residents and was founded by the Carthaginians, and there is a legend that the town was named by a brother of Hannibal.

The harbour of Mahon is the fourth largest natural harbour in the world, and today has become a popular destination for yachts and cruise ships from all over the world.
