Only a few hundred meters from the villa there is a direct access to the sea, with a hiking trail that leads down to the new nature reserve of Costa El Sauzal. There are also natural sea pools in the rock of a promontory, from where a romantic view along the cliffs opens up.

The large living room opens with large sliding glass doors and protective awning directly to the representative terrace around the scale in the round shaped pool.
The view can be divided in this spacious ambience at anytime either to the Atlantic, or to the romantically situated villa of El Sauzal located on a hill. Palm trees and lavender adorn the image, at the same time this property is very easy to clean and also ideal for just temporarily adapted stays. In the comfortably furnished living room there is also a bar and plenty of space for the dining area. Two satellite and a terrestrial antenna provide almost all television programs.

The master bedroom has large patio doors as the living room and a separate, covered terrace. In the fully equipped ensuite bathroom there are two sinks with a large mirror, a bathtub, a separate shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. Located on the other side of the house, there are two more spacious bedrooms, of which one is nicely furnished as a second living room or TV room. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet and WC. Also in the kitchen there are large windows and plenty of light and air, and once again a separate table.

Sideways and on the back of the building there is a surrounding, but manageable garden, with beautiful plants, fruit trees (including citrus fruits, avocados, custard apples and nisperos) and lawns. The long garage, which is situated below the living quarters, has space for 2 cars, and here can also be found another toilet with washbasin. An additional storage room contains the pool equipment and space for garden equipment.

El Sauzal has a beautiful and prominent location on the sunny section in the north of the island of Tenerife, where one can find about 2700 hours a year of sunshine. Located 300 meters above the sea on a huge cliff, it offers a magnificent ocean view of the entire north coast and the Teide. Recommended sites for this purpose are the Parque de los Lavaderos and the Mirardor de la Garañona, with a nice cafe and directly above a depth lying in the wild beach that belongs only to the birds and the waves of the Atlantic Ocean.

In the village itself, there is a market, many more stores for daily needs and the management of El Sauzal kept in the historical center. To the southwest there are distributed in the coveted positions on the cliffs the villages of villas, chalets and holiday homes: whether in Los Naranjos, Los Perales, El Puertito, La Primavera or Los Angeles, in all housing developments of El Sauzal a quiet idyll connects with the magnificent sea views next to the volcano.

The nearest beach is Playa Bolullo, which often is described as the most beautiful of Tenerife.
