It is connected to an open desk directly with the living and dining room.

Prior to the dining room and the next master bedrooms and a further usable room as a bedroom space, it takes place a long window front, at the glassed-in terrace which provides awesome sea views, due to the Atlantic is in front of the building. The windows protect against wind, but can be open over a large area, also mosquito nets are installed. The master bedroom has a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet en-suite, a further shower room can be found at the entrance area of this double apartment.

There is a very large and elegantly curved salt water pool located at the very spacious sun terrace with plenty sun loungers and deck chairs. A zone with trees and palm trees is a beautiful shade supplement. All in all, an investment in a comfortable package with very good value for money!

Location & surrounding area:

The resort of Costa del Silencio is about as famous as Playa de las Americas. The name of the resort can be translated as "Silent Coast". The extremely picturesque town has very big pedestrian and cycling areas, and exotic natural places and parks for sunbathing and swimming. The beautiful coves and cliffs attract many divers and are ideal for fishing.

The complex is located near the Marina Club, which was built in Moorish style in the very tropical location. In a few minutes drive from the Club are stables, golf courses and even a go-karting center.

Many restaurants give the opportunity to try food from different countries, and all the different offered activities will satisfy all tourists who are visiting the resort.
